Charcoal Canister, fuel tank vent, and fuel filter vent help

Can't seem to find a specific answer to my question in the search.

I'm hooking up my vaccum and fuel lines and ran into a problem.

Based on the diagrams I'm seeing, both the tank vent that comes from the liquid and rollover check valve and the fuel filter vent line need to go into the charcoal canister. Does this mean I need to get a "T" and run them both into the port on the charcoal canister?

That would be a carb float bowl vent if your carb has such going to the charcoal canister. The gas filter return line coming off the 'top' of the gas filter runs back to the tank sender unit. be sure it is up top.

Thanks Mike, here is a new development. Gas came pouring out of one of the lines that I believed to go to the outside cto fitting, any ideas? I can't seem to find a diagram that really helps explain carb lines, regardless of all the searching, googling, and external links I can find.

Any thoughts on the gas issue?

Ps I only test fired it by pouring gas in the carb, could I have just poured too much in?

Thanks!

Too much gas can pour out the front corner port maybe when you poured it in if you have a BBD.
