For those of you that have this EFI.
What tool did you use to tighten the 4 nuts over the studs?

There is no socket i found that can fit. And ive tried several types of wrenches with no real luck.

What's the trick i am missing?

They are normal 1/2 inch (or 13mm) nuts.
The issue is placement.
What tool would you use that fits in that space and how do you tighten them?
No wrench fits in that space. And neither does any socket that i know of. The nuts are so close to the body and right under a overlap of the EFI body.
Very hard to get to spot.

Might need low profile nuts, and a thin wall socket?

Yep.
I have tried all types of variations.
Low profile is a problem because the stud is too high. Can’t find any thin wall that’s thin enough.

I’ll try contacting Holley and see what exact tool they recommend. As long as it’s not snap-on I’ll get it. Snap-on makes no sense because it costs more then the EFI :)

Might need to hold the sniper up, while putting the nuts on, then set it down after nuts spun down some? Or use shorter studs?
Maybe you can use an allen head bolts instead of studs?

Im just using the hardware that came with the EFI.
the studs help line it up perfectly.
I can get the nuts to the bottom. I just can’t torque them properly because I can’t get a socket that fits in there.

Pic? Sounds like shorter studs needed, as you only need that one full thread of the stud over the top of the nut, for full thread engagement.

I got the spacer in today.
However, i just want to be sure i am using the right gasket for it.
Can anyone link it?

Also with this spacer i am guessing i need 2 gaskets?

Do i use this one on both sides of the spacer?

Awesome. Thanks for the confirmation.
One more silly question.
Do you think it helps to use that copper gasket spray on these gaskets?
Or just leave em alone?

Its been a habit of mine to use the copper gasket spray on all gaskets.

Copper sealant would work too, but read the label, as might not play well with the colder temps at carb, or material the spacer is made with.

On the installation video, they say to reinstall the spacer if you have one. They should have said install a spacer. Without the spacer, the throttle linkage hits the vacuum line and will not move. Installing the spacer gets it up high enough for the linkage to work right, plus moves the throttle body up, making installation of the nuts a snap.
