I want to add a plug here for WranglerFix LLC out of Broward County Florida.
I have been looking for a solution to my '06 Unlimited - throwing 031/037/051/057 O2 sensor errors and activating the check engine light.

The shop did me no favors by replacing all the cats and all the O2 sensors and then telling me it's a PCM issue. Stopped doing business with them.
I just ordered the replacement PCM today, but I can report about my customer service experience. It's not a cheap part, so I was concerned about
******* over the money to an unknown. I called them to get details on the extended warranty and was transferred to Mark (THE MAN HIMSELF).

Mark was really special - informative, friendly, professional. I'll update this in a few weeks to post about the quality of the product,
but FWIW the people at WranglerFix provided the best customer service in memory - and it's not close. I could not ask for better treatment.

Thank you Mark !!

We had the same problems as you, throwing the same codes for the O2 sensors. I contacted Mark at Wrangler Fix by email outlining my ongoing problems and what I had done to correct them with my 05 LJ, automatic. Mark called me the next morning and we talk about the noted problems that I was having. Mark stated that I was having all of the classic symptoms of a failed PCM. So, I placed an order for a new one. The new PCM was shipped and received two days later. I have installed the new PCM and no more C.E.L. so all has been good. I cannot thank Mark at Wrangler Fix enough for the great work he and his crew are doing.

One of the quirks of my 'old' OEM PCM was that the battery was charging at 14.7v . After installed the WranglerFix PCM, charge voltage dropped to a around 13.6v .(A good thing). I'm going to do the 'upgrade PCM' next from them.

This is interesting. Could it just have been a change in temperature or charge status? Possibly swapping in the new PCM it didn't have a memory of the charge state of the battery which would have been in the old PCM. I wouldnt think there would be any differences to the charging profile.

I don't know why, but it's a good thing. I think my jeep has some gremlins that I've not tracked down. Let's just say that 'others' have worked on my jeep. I may rip out some extra fog light wiring and do some blinker/headlight wire tracing. Totally a different job than this thread.

Well I'll. have to go test both my TJ and LJ. I just put the wrangler fix PCM in the LJ yesterday. TJ still has the OEM one. They both have pretty old batteries that are on a tender though so it might be relatively equal. IF they both are charging at different voltages right off the bat then I know theres something to this. It's pretty important depending on your electrical needs and battery choice.

Update.
Total success!
Installing the replacement PCM from WranglerFix fixed the engine light issue. I drove it 100 miles to let it recalculate and then it passed inspection.

If you need a replacement PCM for your Wrangler I recommend WranglerFix LLC out of Broward County Florida.

X2, they're the ONLY source of PCMs for our TJs I trust.

By the way I installed the new "Optimized" PCM from @wranglerfix into my 04 with 35's and 42RLE with 5.38 gearing 2 months ago and it definitely does actually seem to be peppier, especially mid-range. I was skeptical but after a thousand mile trip to Alabama and back I am convinced it does what it says it does. I tried to get a 0-60 time for a pre/post-installation comparison before installing it but after many attempts none of the apps I tried worked to do that. No idea what they did to the tune/timing/etc. but my TJ does run better with it.

I’m thinking I need a PCM replacement for my 05 LJ. It was previously coming up with O2 sensor codes that would clear for a bit and then come back on. I replaced sensors and codes still came back. It then started stalling on acceleration after sitting at a stop light. Those symptoms seemed to go away after plugs and a tune up, but now all of a sudden it won’t start. Power is good but no click, no crank on start. I checked the relay and replaced the starter easy enough, but still no click, no crank.
