My power steering pump pulley makes a squealing noise when I start my Jeep and it stops once the engine is up to operating temp. I looked in my factory service manual to see if there is some way to lube it, but found nothing. Is there something I'm missing? If I can't lube it, will I need to rebuild or repair the pump in order to stop this noise?

Are you sure it's the pulley?Mine did that and it was the belt.

Well, it's possible it's the belt, but the belt is only a few years old and shows no signs of needing replacement, except maybe this squealing sound.......

The belt is by far the easiest and cheapest component to replace so I guess I'll start with that. Something to do this weekend I guess.

Our 99XJ had this issue; da' kid comes in complaining that her pulleys were squealing when the air was first on.
Actually changed out the power steering pump for the same problem, and it didn't solve it.
I tightened the idler pulley with the bolt on the power steering bracket; seems to help, but get it too tight and it will take out the water pump bearing.
