I have a 2008 Liberty (180K miles) that was not getting any heat or ac. The fan only worked on high and was noisy. I just replaced the resistor and fan motor and everything is good. Still no heat or AC. I put gauges on the ac and have 200 on the high side and ZERO on the low side and the clutch is engaged. The compressor is not making any noises but is not actually moving any freon evidently. As for heat I have checked to see if the blend door motor is switching (yes) and I can hear the change in air flow in the vents when moving from cold to hot. So I grabbed the heater lines and one is hot and the other is barely warm. great clogged heater core. First things first. any ideas on the AC issue?
