Good day! Welcome any thoughts one what joke pulller you use or different techniques to remove the front driveshaft yoke from D300 transfer case.

This is a ‘83 CJ-7, so I have the straps on thr yolk holding the joint. I have the 1/4 inch 12 spline torx socket, but no yoke puller to remove the 1 1/8 nut and yoke.

I've not pulled the front yoke off, but I did swap the rear yoke on my D300...I needed to add a double cardan driveshaft.
My rear yoke came off very easily after loosening and removing the yoke nut. Just a common two jaw puller and hardly any force, IIRC.
BTW, that original yoke, and the entire D300 sat outside for over 13 years...yours looks waaaay cleaned than mine did.
